Con el fin de exaltar a los docentes chocoanos en su día y considerando la esencia del educador como actor determinante en la trasformación de la calidad educativa, y desde su papel como promotor del pensamiento crítico, la SEDCHOCÓ publicó la Convocatoria el 15 de mayo de 2014 e incentivó la producción de Ensayos Argumentativos con el tema “El rol del maestro chocoano frente al reto de mejorar la educación en el departamento”.
