Practice Using an SI/Metric Ruler or Meter Stick • Go to: http://www.teachingmeasures.co.uk/length/dragdist/ruler30cm.html • Cover up the answers by dragging the box over the answers. • Click on the icons to see what they do. • Be sure to use the simplest ruler first and then switch over to the one with the most lines on it. • Click on pencil and the ? to show a length that you must measure. • Give the length of the pencil in BOTH cm and mm!
