  3. Recommended Changes to LCAP Based on Input • Increase efforts to recruit and retain a diverse workforce • Explore avenue to build capacity among current staff • Expand Summer School to include an English Language Development (ELD) Institute

  4. Recommended Changes to LCAP Based on Input • Increase training for para-educators • Increase teacher technology support for high school sites • Hire itinerant technology coaches to integrate technology in all content areas

Accountability ofLCAP Effectiveness Pupil Outcomes All students including targeted students, will demonstrate proficiency in literacy, mathematics and technology to prepare students to be college and career ready.
