The Sunrise STEM Club is for students • who are interested in learning more about… • Science (Animals, Rocks, Weather, Space, Habitats, Plants) • Technology (Computers, Animation, Internet, Photography) • Engineering (Robotics, Rockets, Airplanes) • Math (Estimation, Geometry, Measurement, Graphing) Sunrise STEM Club

  5. The Sunrise STEM Club is for students • who are interested in learning through… • Hands on activities, projects and experiments. • Videos and guest speakers. • Field trips. • Contests. Sunrise STEM Club

  6. Membership Requirements The student must be in the 4th Grade The students must have at least a “D” average in all of their classes. The student must have and continue to demonstrate appropriate behavior at school. The student must meet ALL of the requirements outlined in the Sunrise Student Handbook and Sunrise STEM Club Constitution. The student must attend and participate in STEM club meetings and activities. Sunrise STEM Club

  7. Membership Continued Students Applications: Must be completed and turned into Mr. Oakleaf by Thursday, August 29, 2013. Students will be notified Tuesday, September 03. Permission slips and dues must be signed and returned by Friday, September 06. 4. First meeting: Tuesday, September 10, after school until 4:30. The Sunrise STEM Club will meet every other Tuesday, beginning October 08. Sunrise STEM Club
