This study examines the rapid analysis of common analgesics, including Acetamidophenol and Acetylsalicylic Acid, utilizing advanced HPLC techniques with SB-C18 columns and optimized particle sizes. Results show a significant decrease in analysis time, achieving complete separation of seven analgesics in under 30 seconds, while maintaining comparable resolution and sensitivity. The mobile phase includes formic acid and acetonitrile, with innovative conditions enabling high throughput and reduced solvent consumption. This method is promising for pharmaceutical applications demanding efficiency and precision.
