  3. Change Your Lodge Settings !! The Grand Lodge per Capita is increasing from $8.00 to $11.00. That change has to be applied to your Lodge Settings.

  6. Change Your Lodge Settings !! When finished, click the “Save” button in the lower right. CLMS will restart.

  7. Dues Statements Dues Statements are printed from the “Reports” screen. Click the “Reports” button.

  9. Dues Statements • Options: • Member Type • Regular Members • Life Members • Statement Type • Select “Custom Dues Statement” Radio Button • Include • All • Exclude Members with E-mail Addresses Order

  10. Dues Statements Designed to fit a Standard #10 Window Envelope. “Tick Marks” on the right side are fold marks. Suggestion – order #9 Window Envelope for a Return Envelope.

  18. Committee Reports First thing to do is set up your Lodge’s Committees. Do that by clicking the “Committees” button on the member’s screen: The following will display:

  20. Committee Reports Print the blank reports. Give to Exalted Ruler-Elect. Update Members’ records when information received. Print Final Reports for Exalted Ruler-Elect. To print the blank reports – Click the “Report” icon:

  22. Committee Reports Select each of the 4 pages and print.

  23. Dropping Members Find the Member’s record. Enter the date dropped in the “Dropped” field. VERY IMPORTANT !!!! Enter “03-31-2009” for the Dropped Date – otherwise, your numbers for Lodge Year 2008-2009 AND 2009-2010 will be incorrect.

  24. Year End Follow the Instructions in the “CLMS Year End” steps: Backup Lodge Officers Maintenance Committee Maintenance Lodge Settings – Exalted Ruler’s & Secretary’s fields. Reports (to verify Year End Report) Reports (reference) Submit Reports to Grand Lodge (Page 1 and Page 2) Lodge Settings – Do this AFTER GL has accepted your Year End Report. Update the “Elk Year Begins” field – 2009 Update the “Number of Reported Elks” field Update the “Number of Life Members” field
