ILLINOIS Market Ambit Energy is the Retail Electric Supplier inNICOR andCommon Wealth Edison (ComEd) territory Usage reports are sent to Ambit Energy from NICOR & ComEd, priced and returned to NICOR & ComEd to be billed to the customers (customers pay via online, telephone, or mail) Customers will continue to receive invoice statements from NICOR & ComEd Sales taxes and fees are handled by NICOR & ComEd Account Description: NICOR- 10 digit numbers ComEd- 10 digit number NO Credit Checks = No Deposits

ILLINOIS Free Energy Referral Program- 180 days from service start date to enroll 15 customers (refer these customer to Consultant’s personal website to enroll) The credit is based on an average payment amount of the minimum 15 customers, all bills must be paid on time, and the free energy credit is displayed on the invoice Credit is applied to the Customer’s account Should the credit exceed the balance, the supply portion of the bill will be reduced to a zero balance

ILLINOIS ComEdElectricity Product Budget Billing- sign up through Ambit for the Supply Portion only After 6 months a true up will take place, usage and rates are recalculated and any difference (rolling true up) will appear on the customer’s 7thinvoice Month-to-Month Rate Plan Rates change due to increase or decrease in electricity and gas prices No contract = No early termination fees $4.99 charge each month regardless of usage Competitive Pricing in the Market

ILLINOIS ComEd Electricity Product Assistance Programs - ComEd customers cannot switch to Ambit Energy if on the following programs: The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)- a government sponsored program that provides discount on electric & gas rates to qualified low- income customers ComEd Helps Activated Military Personnel (C.H.A.M.P) - offers a package of benefits to assist activated military personnel who reside within ComEd's service territory Helping Hand- a program designed to provide immediate relief to residential customers in need who have received a disconnection notice or who have been recently disconnected
  8. ILLINOIS ComEd Electricity Product Note: None of these plans will offer the 1% guaranteed savings or 5% discount features that are provided in our plans today

ILLINOIS ComEd Electricity Product Once a term plan expires, the customer will be rolled over to the variable plan At their term expiration, Ambit will notify the customer on the following: 30 days prior to expiration- Ambit will send their renewal letter 14 days prior to expiration- Ambit will send a reminder and the new EFL for the variable plan Note: There will not be any bill messages on the customer’s invoice
  10. ILLINOIS NICOR Gas Product Competitive Pricing in the Market- variable rates are based on wholesale energy costs. Ambit is either at or below the NICRO published rates Guaranteed Savings Plan- 5% off NICOR utilities estimated energy supply charge for thefirst 65 days and guaranteed annual 1% savings below NICOR’spublished rates 1% Savings for existing customers (if customer did not save 1% a check will be sent for the difference) Budget Billing- IL customers are eligible for the Delivery Portion Contact NICOR Directly for more information Ambit Energy does not offer a special discount rate for residential heating customers Winter Rate Freeze Plans are NOT available for 2011 NICOR does not offer an Ambit Certified Green Plan

ILLINOIS NICOR Gas Product NICOR offers “Customer Select Program”- free and voluntary program that allows customer to choose natural gas suppliers Must participate in program in order to switch to Ambit Energy Customer has 120 days to choose another supplier or they will remain on Nicor Gas service for one year If customer participates in the program; a Customer Select Charge and Transportation Service Credit is added to the NICOR Invoice Based on usage- can vary each month Customers pay this charge as a part of the over all Gas Supply Charge Credit is for certain costs that are included in Ambit’s distribution rate and not incurred by Customer Select Customers
