  3. California Market Ambit Energy is the Natural Gas Supplier (PGE) Delivery Providers: • Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PGE) Account Description: • PG&E- 10 digit numeric number

  4. California Market Invoicing- Ambit Energy does not generate an invoice, the Customer will receive an invoice from their delivery provider. Invoice is divided into two parts: • Supply Charge (provided by Ambit Energy) • Delivery Charge (Incumbent- PG&E) Credit Checks are NOT required = NO Deposits Customer refunds and Free energy credits are sent directly to the customer in check form

California Residential Free Energy Referral Program- Consultants have 180 days from service start date to enroll 15 customers (refer these customers to Consultant’s personal website to enroll) • The credit is based on an average payment amount of the minimum 15 customers • All bills must be paid on time • Free energy referral credit is sent by check • Should the credit exceed the balance, the supply portion of the bill will be reduced to a zero balance

  6. California Product Types Note:None of these plans will offer the 1% guaranteed savings or 7% discount features that are provided in many of our plans today Once a term plan expires, the customer will be rolled to a variable plan

California PG&E Product Assistance Programs-please refer to your incumbent provider for more information regarding Assistance Programs • CARE Program- is a PG&E specific program that provides a discount to eligible customers. If a customer leaves PG&E, who is enrolled in CARE, they are still eligible for the program and will continue to receive the discount after switching to a retail provider • There are no additional steps required on behalf of the customer • The discount will appear in the PG&E section of the invoice Budget Billing-Contact PG&E for details • Customer Care: 1-800-743-5000 • http://www.pge.com • Helps to generate an average usage and rate during peak seasons to avoid high usage and rate charges California requires live TPV be completed by the customer
