Hand-Made Souvenirs for Charity: Promoting Estonian Culture in Poland

Our business idea is to create beautiful hand-made souvenirs such as badges, T-shirts, socks, tights, and jewelry for a charity event in Poland. Our mission is to promote Estonian symbols and foster patriotism among wearers of our products, appealing to all age groups. Our short-term goal is to launch the business and recruit workers, while our long-term goal focuses on increasing sales and production. We aim to strategically attract clients, analyze competitors, and determine optimal pricing while ensuring sustainability and profitability.
