We explore: - Work related opportunities and abilities. - The level of their skills. - Interests for employment. - How the person learns and prefers cueing. We pride ourselves on our ability of thinking outside the box and create or customize a good job fit. Example #1: If a job seeker tells us they want to work on airplanes, we go to the airport and see what it is exactly they like. Guess what - it was the uniform, so now we are able to locate a job within the airport, with the uniform they desired. Example #2: Knitting, and Morgan Stanley Financial

  6. Locating Employment 1-Once again … we match the job seekers skills & interests to an employers needs. 2-We understand that employers are always hiring! But, only to those who can contribute to their company and generate a profit or service . 3- We assist employers in redirecting responsibilities and creating new jobs. 4- We utilize the relationships we have with business.

  7. JOB COACHING,UCSS Style -Before an employee begins to work, a job coach will be taught by the employer, the tasks, routines, procedures and steps of the job to be preformed. -The job coach will then write out a step-by-step order of how to preform the task. If any modifications are needed, the job coach will seek advice and permission from the employer. -The job coach will then identify the best way to teach, motivate and cue the employee. -The job coach will help facilitate and create friendships. -2 week reviews will be conducted, tasks adjusted, new goals set
