Outline of Isaiah (Part 1) Introduction 1-6 • Contrast between real Jerusalem 1:1-23 and ideal Jerusalem 2:1-4 • This would require a chastening process in between 1:24-26 • This is the theme of section 1 • Isaiah’s call 6:1-13 The triumph of God over Syria and Israel 7-12 • Prominent prophecies 7:14; 9:1-7; 11:1-11
