Workshop #1 On Technical Aspects

This workshop, held on July 11, 2014, aimed to foster cooperation and consensus within the spirit of the Montreal Protocol. With objectives to clarify unresolved issues, generate options for amendments, and identify emerging areas of agreement, participants engaged in robust discussions. The workshop included three focal rounds: identifying issues of convergence, addressing major challenges and gaps, and exploring a toolbox of potential solutions. As an independent facilitator, my role was to manage discussions, ensure participation, and summarize key points for collaborative progress.
