Steve Evans Was Responsible for the Financial Growth and Operations of the Region as Senior Partner for Neo@Ogilvy Steve Evans was the head of Global Business Planning & Analysis at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom, LLP, where he oversaw the financial & statistical planning and analysis for the international law firm that was comprised of two dozen offices and over 4,000 employees. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Ai Media Group where he reported to the CEO of the company. He worked to manage the human resource needs right from recruiting, on boarding, professional development, performance, and retention. He was solely responsible for all the operations including client management, campaign management, technology services, finance, HR, and general administration. Formerly serving as Senior Partner and North American CFO for Neo@Ogilvy, a division of Ogilvy & Mather and WPP, Steve Evans was responsible for the financial growth and operations of that region. He grew two-fold with better than industry margins in less than eighteen months in multiple offices and divisions. Pertaining to his areas of specialization, Steveis proficient in Strategic Planning and Organizational Leadership, Team Building and Performance Improvement, Strategies, Process Design and Productivity Improvement, Contract Negotiations and Strategic Alliances, and HR/IT/Legal Administration. Growth and Expansion Steve Evans served as the Finance Manager at United Parcel Services where he was promoted several times and was ultimately relocated to Florida as a Regional Finance Manager. Being the native of Tennessee, he attended The University of Tennessee where he earned an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
