  1. Steve E Evans Was Solely Responsible for All the Operations as Chief Operating Officer Steve E Evans started his professional career as an accounting clerk in Tennessee. He was promotedseveral times and was relocated to Florida as a Regional Finance Manager. Here, he oversaw the business planning, profitability, and revenue operations. Formerly, he reported to the US President as CFO of The Engine Group. He was responsible for the finance and accounting, human resources, IT, real estate, and operations. Steve worked to develop and direct the financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth and direction, and market opportunities. Serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Ai Media Group, Steve E Evans was solely responsible for all the operations including client management, campaign management, technology services, finance, HR, and general administration. He worked to manage the human resource needs right from recruiting, on boarding, professional development, performance, and retention. Pertaining to his areas of specialization, Steve is proficient in Strategic Planning and Organizational Leadership, Team Building and Performance Improvement, Strategies, Process Design and Productivity Improvement, Contract Negotiations and Strategic Alliances, and HR/IT/Legal Administration. Growth and Expansion Formerly serving as Senior Partner at Neo@Ogilvy, Steve E Evans was responsible for integration of multiple divisions such as, but not limited to, finance/accounting, accounts payable/receivable, information technology, and human resources. Besides, he managed North American finance and operations in multiple offices.
