  6. What is a shape? A shape is formed with lines. A shape is closed.

  7. A circle is a round shape with no sides.

  8. A square is a shape with 4 equal sides.

  9. A triangle is a shape with 3 sides.

  10. A rectangle is a shape with 4 sides. 2 sides are longer.

  12. Task. Materials. You Choose. • 1. “You Do” Use wiki sticks, string, clay, and popsicle sticks to create shapes. • 2. “You Do” Draw shapes on paper using crayons and markers.

  13. Look at more shapes.
