Main part of (triplex) mast. Disassembly and reassembly. ● Apply wheel chocks to tyres to prevent the truck from moving. ● When disconnecting hydraulic pipes, cap them to prevent dustfrom entering into hydraulic components and pipes. ● Be sure to disconnect the battery plug.

  2. Disassembly and reassembly ● Apply wheel chocks to tyres to prevent the truck from moving. ● When disconnecting hydraulic pipes, cap them to prevent dustfromentering into hydraulic components and pipes. ●Be sure to disconnect the battery plug.

  3. Disassembly and reassembly Mast ass'y - removal 1. Remove the mast ass'y from "Carriage comp., reach". ➭Refer to the chapter “7d-2“. 2. Remove the fork ass'y. 3. Lay the mast ass'y with "ATT ass'y, sideshifter" top. ATT ass'y, sideshifter - removal 1. Remove the lift chains. 1. Remove “Pin, cotter” 2. Slacken lift chains and remove nuts and cap. 2. Remove the lift chain of the sideshifter side. Nuts should be screwed on the chainanchor bolt to prevent damage to thethread part. 3. Disconnect high pressure hoses.
