  2. 針對每一個蛋白進行一次計算 針對所有胜肽的ratio進行一次計算 照你算的為主,之前可能有些錯誤

  3. 第一階段:第一種情況每一個protein mean +SD與1+peptide SD比 第一階段:第二種情況每一個protein mean +SD與all peptides’ mean+peptide SD比 第一階段:目的是要找出沒有變化的protein,作為control candidate,目前 看來跟1比的結果比較適合進行下一階段,我會先挑一個control protein進到第二階段。 Control protein candidate挑選:目前以n=3以上的為主,會比較正確,也就是一個 protein要有3條peptide,才能夠被選進作為control protein candidate,信心度先設定為 95%,因為98%以上,門檻值過高,找到的機會很小。

  4. 第一階段:第一種情況每一個protein mean +SD與1+peptide SD比 AQ2-1代表跟1比 Spooled=((AV2*(AR2-1)+BA2*(AY2-1))/(AR2+AY2-2))^(1/2) tcal=(AQ2-1)/BC2*((AR2*AY2)/(AR2+AY2))^(1/2) Degree of freedom=((AW2+BB2)^2)/(((AW2)^2)/(AR2+1)+((BB2)^2)/(AY2+1))-2 根據peptide數目,例如第一個蛋白有17個peptide, 再定義信心度範圍(例如99.8%, 2-sided) ,再以內插法計算出 tcritical=3.6606

  5. 第一階段:第二種情況每一個protein mean +SD與all peptides’ mean+peptide SD比 AQ2-1代表跟all peptides’ mean比
