Recommendations • Engaging all stakeholders (FBOs, W/PLHIV, Private) in awareness creation in the community to reach marginalized population • Strengthen the collaboration between the Government, FBOs, W/PLHIV and other stakeholders to develop messages in light of new information on HIV – eMTCT (acceptable by all stakeholders) • Government, FBOs and traditional authorities shouldjointly participate in planning, selection, training and deployment – to ensure retention of health care workers in rural areas

  4. Recommendations • Direct engagement of traditional leaders, healers by giving them alternative roles such as strengthening referrals system (Mechanism for financial compensation) • Government, FBOs and other stakeholders to develop and implement non discriminatory policies against marginalized groups
