Biennial Goals of District 21 Advance the status of women worldwide through service projects and advocacy • Continue our endeavours to reach ZI’s goals through Visibility, Objectivity, Support – on all levels • We want to contribute, through our competence and to the best of our ability, in order to make Zonta visible and to reach Zonta’s overall goals • We want to promote our national and international scholarships, thus being able to contribute to young women’s economic, moral and human support • We want to improve the legal and health status of women by providing adequate information, internally as well as externally within our organization, about new legislation and what this means, and actively spread this information as well as keep ourselves updated on how the legislation is being observed • We want to focus on and promote our service projects and ZI’s cooperation with the UN. To meet our financial goals we want to promote ”Zontor Zom Zamlar Zlantar” = 1 SEK a day, which would render about 1 000 000 SEK from the 8th March one year to 8th March the following year. Each member has the obligation to donate about 60 USD/year (through membership fees or individually) • Our commitment and trustworthiness will contribute to recruite, rejuvenate and retain members • Net increase of members – at least 1 member/club/year
