  • 具有同源序列短(40~60 bp)、重组效率高的特点.這种技術可在DNA目標分子的任意位点進行基因敲除、敲入、点突變等操作,無需使用限制性内切酶和連接脢.

  • 製造出來的菌株BD123增加了重組蛋白的分泌度、抗生素的敏感度、轉型率增加。
  • 可以用此特性使BD123作為一個良好的host用於各方面的生物技術 。
