When your customers have paid for the License(s) to use, acknowledge and agree with the End User License Agreement for @/Arpro® products and that the program is licensed, not sold, they will retain access to their company data file stored on their device(s), so long as the program is functioning. This means that even if they decide not to purchase or renew a Support Service agreement, the programs will still work. Other vendors simply disconnect, make the files “read only” and delete them, we don’t!
