  14. Main Issues & Solutions Issues • Being dying cadre we are deficient in trained staff. • We have 19 diagnostic centers with only one proper microscopest on original post. Remaining centers are run by locally trained malaria supervisors. So quality of diagnosis suffer. • No cross check laboratory is available even at the province level. • Frequent Polio campaigns
