  1. Here are today’s announcements.

  2. Black Student Union is meeting TODAY during Conference. It is open to all students and membership is still available.

  3. RhoerClub is meeting Thursday during conference.

  4. All Freshmen not currently enrolled in World History need to see Ms. Thompson in Guidance before Monday, October 31.

  5. ATTENTION SENIORS TODAY is the FAFSA workshop for Seniors and their parents. There are many changes this year so it is really important to attend. FAFSA Chandler Center for the Arts 6PM Wednesday, October 26th

  6. Last week, two teams from the Basha FFA Chapter competed in the 89th National FFA Career Development Events. We are very proud of all they accomplished and wanted to let you know that they represented Basha and AZ proudly.

  7. PSAT is next Wednesday, November 2nd! Classroom assignments will be posted outside the C and F building as well as outside the admin building. Students should report to their classrooms by 7:25am with their photo ID in hand.

  8. Basha Boys Basketball Tryouts 10/31 Freshman 5-7pm Junior varsity 7-9pm

  9. It’s Senior Night! No, not those Seniors; Senior football players. Come and see them being introduced with their proud parents before the Basha vs. Perry Football game Friday, October 28th. If you can’t be there, no problem, the Multimedia and Film students are Live Streaming the game! Just go to Sports360az.com and click on the CUSD Live tab. Producer – Alec Drogosz (Stream time: 6:30) It will be archived on the site and on YouTube too, so you can watch it again and again!

  10. HYPE SQUAD TRY-OUTS LAST CHANCE Hype Squad is the Official BHS Hip Hop Dance Team. We are a family of dedicated dancers that perform on campus 4 – 8 times per year and outside of school. If you love Hip Hop and you can GET HYPE – Join us. WHO YOU WITH? SQUAD! Perform at BHS Assemblies SisterShares & Field Trips Hip Hop Stepping Create all of our own ORIGINAL Choreography

  11. KIDS HELPING KIDS Book Drive Please donate new/gently used children’s books to Kids Helping Kids Club. Please drop off books in room F106 October 20 -November 14th.

  12. Stop by the ATTENDANCE OFFICE to look for LOST items. Items not picked up will be DONATED. NOTHING IS REALLY LOST UNTIL YOUR MOM CAN’T FIND IT.

  13. SENIORS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRANSCRIPTS/APPLICATIONS FOR COLLEGE PLEASE SEE MRS. BLANCARTE BEFORE SCHOOL, DURING LUNCH OR AFTER SCHOOL TO PICK UP YOUR INDIVIDUALIZED PARCHMENT REGISTRATION CODE. THIS WILL MAKE THE COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT PROCESS QUICK AND EASY.

  19. ALL BASHA HIGH FOOTBALL GAMES (FRESHMAN, JV AND VARSITY GAMES) NO BACKPACKS NO FOOD OR DRINKS Water bottles are allowed.

  20. LATE BUS PASSES You must have a signed pass to ride the Late Bus. See Mrs. Lindvig in the front office for a Late Bus Pass. Late Buss passes are for students attending tutoring or after school club activities only. Passes require a signature from that particular teacher. A new pass is required each day.
