The Romanian FLAG • This year marks 177 years since the formal establishment of the national flag with red, yellow and blue colors of the old tradition of the medieval Romanian states. • According to the rules of heraldry and vexiologice Romanian flag colors mean is: • -the red flag or shield field represents courage, boldness, courage, sacrifice, generosity and greatness, power and sovereignty; • -yellow (gold) are the power, sovereignty, fertility, justice, temperance.
