What our female teams accomplished this year……… • Volleyball; 2nd in league, 2nd in districts, and 6th in state • Girls Tennis; 14-0, LEAGUE CHAMPS • Bowling; League Champions 13-1 • Cheerleaders; 1st in division at “Battle of the Borders,” 5th by WIAA Cheer Championships • Golf; Mary Fontenot and Carli Vernon to state, Team 8th • Soccer; 2nd in league, district play-offs • Swimming; Amanda Putzierswimmer and Elizabeth Belcher diver advance to state • Basketball; 1st in league, ranked in top ten of state • Track & Field; Nicki Farwell gets 7th for LJ, district champ • Fastpitch; optimistic 2009 season, loaded with seniors!
