Training affects level of partnership • Credits are obtained within the Learning Academy • Once on-boarding is completed, each individual begins earning credits • Credits can be accumulated for: • Successful completion of exams for all courses within the Learning Academy • Attendance of a Webinar and completion of assessment of that webinar • Domain Accreditations found on the My Curriculum Tab • Attendance of an Instructor-Led Online session • Credits earned by individuals roll-up to count toward ‘company’ requirements • CEP credits are an annual requirement and reset to zero every January 1st By December 20th, 2013, Approved Partners need to achieve: Select Elite • 36 Sales Credits • 52 Technical Credits • 72 Sales Credits • 104 Technical Credits

Structure of select level • There are seven product authorizations available for the Select Level • High-End Routing, Switching, Routing, Policy Access & Control, Firewall, • Data Center Fabric and WLAN • Partners will be invited to apply for product access for each Product Authorization • Each Authorization has a unique set of requirements, which are available inthe Learning Academy, on the My Curriculum tab • Each Authorization can be obtained separately from one another • Applications are stand-alone for each Product Authorization

  8. Structure of elite level • There are two categories of Elite Partners • 1. Specialized Partners • ANI, Network Infrastructure, Advanced Security, Data Center Fabric and WLAN • ANI consists of both Routing and Switching • 2. Portfolio Partners • Consists of Routing, Switching, Firewall and Policy & Access • Optional to carry ANI, Data Center Fabric and WLAN • Qualified partners must be invited to participate at the Elite level • No automatic qualification to Elite Specialized or Portfolio
