  3. Building upon its previous successes, the Company’s Health and Wellness program has matured and strengthened into a holistic multipronged health and wellness system which delivers the best outcomes for its employees and the company. | Confidential and Proprietary

  4. CURRENT PROGRAM OBJECTIVES Objectives reviewed annually. Key objective – maintain a healthy workforce through a range of employee benefits including medical aid, education and awareness, medical interventions, social work service support and counseling services extending into the family and community. A key element of the Wellness Concept is that all employees should experience their workplace to be physically and emotionally safe and nurturing at all times “The primary target group was, and shall always be the employees and significant others who have a direct and indirect impact on their overall health” Chronic Disease Management is a key objective

INTERVENTIONS AND ACTIVITIES (MARCH 2010 – MAY 2011) • 2010/2011 has been a challenging year. • National strike actions and economic constraints affected industry in general and JCI directly. • Wellness initiatives cancelled or postponed due to the absence of workforce. • Financial constraints impacted on health and wellness initiatives. | Confidential and Proprietary

  9. Health and Wellness Community Services HIV/AIDS Community Initiatives Ongoing interactions with Ikamveliswe HIV / AIDS Support group. Assistance to become more self-sufficient. Assistance with: Repairs on industrial sewing machine; computer supplies and support. Redundant material from production cutting area (fabric) has also been donated. | Confidential and Proprietary
