  2. What is the AECF Grantee Network? • A website or online portal, facilitating Business to Business connections between Grantees, and providing a channel for AECF and grantees to interact and do business. A business-oriented ‘Facebook’ for AECF Grantees

  3. How will grantees access the Network? • over the internet from a direct path or from the AECF website • Only through a private login (username) and password provided by AECF

  4. What kind of functionality can be provided in the Grantee Network?

  5. What will you be able to do on the grantee network? (1) • Log in, change passwords • Keep and update a summary profile of your company, your project, your contact details • Upload ‘status updates’ on your project and its progress • Directly request certain types of news from AECF • Browse for the ‘public’ profiles of other AECF grantees • Find (by relevant search and recommendation) grantees in your space • Engage fellow Grantees either through an AECF web form or directly through email

  6. What will you be able to do on the grantee network? (2) • Vote – for example for the best project of the year • View and post events in your grantee calendar • Invite grantees to join webinars • Participate in discussion forums • View and upload photos • Share videos • Share content on your social media, linkedin, etc • Upload documents to share with the network • Access and download best practice research papers, case studies, newsletters, etc

  7. What will AECF be able to do? (1) • Control who can log in • Upload ‘status updates’ on the AECF portfolio and its progress • Share AECF news • Select groups of grantees by sector, theme or region to engage • Communicate with a grantee privately either through an AECF web form or through system email to the grantee directly • Post competition information • Use LiveChat to answer queries • View and post events or meetings in all or some grantee calendars • Generate statistical reports on most popular areas for future planning

(2) • Invite grantees to join AECF led webinars • Post topics and administrate discussion Forums • View and upload photos • Share videos • Share content on social media, linked in etc • Provide best practice research papers , case studies, • Download information that grantees upload

What AECF needs from Grantees • Buy-in! • Feedback - ideas and priorities on what you think needs to be contained in the portal for it to be useful to you – (survey) • A few volunteer grantees willing to form a little pilot group during our testing phase • Content – images, videos, cases, up to date profiles, etc when it comes to it
