Monitoring Evaluation and Research program • HANDS Web Based MIS Software: 3015 reports were generated during the last couple of years including district project reports, district reports, program managers reports and organisation report.The training has been conducted in 24 Districts and more than 50 professionals have been trained

  5. Monitoring Evaluation and Research program 2. Management Information System (MIS) HANDS managed 94 projects using its MIS and overall 352 projects were managed and monitored using the MIS over the last 18 years under different programs of HANDS.

Distribution Management System   DMS was implemented in 20 districts and detailed data of 54690 beneficiaries was uploaded and tokens were generated for distribution through this system. This included 1690 beneficiaries for livelihood in 4 districts, 10500 beneficiaries for roofing kit in 8 districts, 27500 beneficiaries for one room shelter in 8 districts and 15000 beneficiaries for food in 2 districts.   5. Researches • During last year 14 researches were conducted and 41025 units (sample) were surveyed. • During the past few years overall 50 researches were conducted and 102037 sample units were surveyed.

  13. Monitoring Evaluation and Research program 6. Periodical Reviews / Monitoring Visits • 1328 Program Reviews were conducted during last year. A total of 151808 monitoring visits were conducted by all levels of managers for quality assurance of projects/program performance. • 180 supervisory checklists of projects were also • developed for the purpose of monitoring. 7. Web Based MIS Software TrainingDuration 2 days, this training was conducted in 24 districts and more than 50 staff members were trained.

Management Information System (MIS) Training Duration 2-4 days, MER developed MIS of 94 projects and trained more than 1000 project staff on MIS. 9. Logical Framework Matrix Training • Duration 6 days, during last year MER developed 67 LFA/LFMs for different projects and approximately 670 staff members were trained. • 01 external consultancy was also done for an NGO in Balochistan district for developing their project LFA.

Distribution Management System Training Duration 2 days, during last year DMS was implemented in 20 districts and trainings for each district staff were conducted with an average participation of 10. Thus around 240 HANDS staff were provided training for DMS. 11. Research Methodology Training Duration 2 days, during last year 14 researches were conducted and approximately 100 HANDS staff ( mid level and senior level managers) were trained/oriented regarding research protocols/ methods.
