    • Excellence (best you can be) = Holiness
    • True Leadership = human factor is the most important element
    • Constant Growth is the goal
    • Order (discipline) with Flexibility (change)
    • Moderation is the key (well-rounded)

  • Place of Christ – teach according to His instruction
  • The Leader is responsible for the flock yielding no profit
  • Lead by example more than words, and give the commandments to receptive disciples with words
  • Avoid all favoritism - show equal love
  • Change the ranks of others as you see fit, as JUSTICE demands
