How to Earn a Venturer Tape: Guidelines for Engaging Examiners

This guide outlines the process for earning a Venturer tape through specialized activities with qualified examiners. Suitable examiners include teachers, clergy, community leaders, and other experienced individuals, but must not be your relatives or your own Venturer leaders. To start, seek endorsement from your District Venturer Leader (DVL) and collaborate with your examiner throughout the activity to track progress. After fulfilling the minimum requirements and completing the activity, get your examiner's signature, report to the Unit Council, and celebrate your achievement with a tape presentation.
