  • The necessity of such a centre is due to several reasons:
    • The poor condition of spoken and written language
    • Lack of establishments dealing with language practice and offering proper services
    • A growing number of enterprises and individuals searching for specific language services
    • Current demands of Lithuanian emigrants and foreigners for teaching (learning)
