CATTLovins • International • Vice President • International Vice President, Southwest • Goals: • Key Club International Forum Page: To create a forum where Key Clubbers can share ideas and discuss misc. topics on the KCI website • Key Club International Pen Pal Program: Key Clubbers from different Distracts can participate in a Pen Pal Program. • Reach out to Key Clubbers: Communicate with members via a Vice President Tumblr as well as maintain regular contact with International Council Members • Strengthen Committees: Encourage consistent communication with Committee Chairs, review and evaluate Committees as well as create new directives and create more communication resources

NICKDePorzio • International • Trustee • International Trustee, Southwest • Districts: New York, New Jersey, Ohio • Goals: • Connect and Communicate: Utilize e-mail reflector groups, informative mailings and National Key Club PSAs, as well as translation of resources and celebrity KCI spokespersons • Utilize and Provide: To make available video guides, a KCI calendar to be mailed and a compilation of resources into a handbook • Enlighten and Inform: Through bi-weekly video updates, a KC application for the phone, informational websites, publications of Club/District statics and KCI finances and video records, members will be able to stay informed

JARED Greene • International • Trustee • International Trustee, New Jersey • Districts: Jamaica, Carolinas, Florida • Goals: • Let members know about KCI programs through communication will all levels of Key Club • Open up communication on different levels in assigned Districts through monthly presidential e-mails, weekly governor phone calls and pod-casts • Clean up less necessary report forms for officers to ensure more time for service • Allocate funds for translation of resources • Listen to the members

SOMYA Gupta • International • Trustee • International Trustee, Wisconsin – Upper Michigan • Districts: Indiana, West Virginia, Wisconsin – Upper Michigan • Goals: • International Development: To work with Kiwanis to revise policies and allow for Key Club Districts to be created outside of North America and the Caribbean, as well as to translate resources • District Communication: To communicate via video chats and Google Groups with District Board members, remain in contact year-round with Districts and bridge the gap between Districts by encouraging inter-District communication

YOO EUN Kim • International • Trustee • International Trustee, PNW • Districts: CNH, Utah-Idaho, Michigan • Goals: • Communicate: To ensure effective communication between the International and District level through use of webinars, web surveys, e-mail, social networking sites and phone conferences • Produce: To create resources to assist and educate divisional/club officers of their duties, service partners and other information to ensure a stronger International Organization • Update: To utilize bi-monthly e-mails to inform Key Clubbers regarding the constitutional changes, Major Emphasis Project, Youth Opportunities Fund, etc.

KAYLA Lash • International • Trustee • International Trustee, Pennsylvania • Districts: Montana, Capital, Eastern Canada • Goals: • Increase Membership: Increase KCI membership by leading a chartering initiative for Builders and K-Kids clubs, connecting KCI alumni with schools interested in chartering a club and promoting Key Leader as an event for prospective members • Generate Involvement- Generate involvement by creating a MEP scholarship for outstanding service to children, support the Eliminate Project through quarterly fundraising updates, enhance KCI apparel and open the Key Club commonplace as an online system for clubs to learn about and support each other’s fundraisers

LUCY McDermott • International • Trustee Note: All goals were established when the candidate was running for election as International Vice President and may be subject to change • International Trustee, New England • Districts: Minnesota Dakotas, Alabama, New England • Goals: • Communication: To increase communication between all levels of KCI through weekly e-mails as well as through phone calls • Acceptance: To ensure Key Clubbers have a positive experience in KCI and increase training opportunities, through methods such as webinars • React: Enable KCI to receive input from all levels through online surveys, among other methods • Effectiveness: To ensure the Board is running smoothly within committees, work with Kiwanis and Circle K and to make decisions that will have a positive effect on KCI • *Note: All goals were established when the candidate was running for election as International Vice President and may be subject to change

Lucas Outstanding LTG Award, work towards possibility of a corporate scholarship for ICON to lower costs, propose a new International award for District Projects, provide communication through e-mail, phone, Skype, Facebook, webinars and in person conversation and partner with Kiwanis with the Eliminate Project. • Right: To utilize positive personality traits as well as experience to fulfill Trustee duties • Ready to be Trustee

  16. ARTICLE XIX. VACANCIES in Office PASSED as revised Section3. In the event of a vacancy in the officer of trustee between conventions, the board of trustees International Councilthe board of trustees and affected Governorsmayshallmay elect a qualified member of a club to fill such office, who shall serve only until the next annual convention, except that in any year in which no annual convention is held, the International Council shall elect a qualified member of a club to serve for one year until his/her successor is duly elected.

  19. ARTICLE IX. DISTRICTS NOT PASSED Section 16. Key Club international shall assist, to their best extent, established Districts in translating resources when the official language differs from English in an effort to promote international growth.

  21. ARTICLE VI. CLUB OPERATIONS PASSED Section 1. The recognized officers of each Key Club shall be the president, one or more vice presidents, the secretary, the treasurer, the editor, and one director from each class. These officers shall constitute the Board of Directors of the club and shall have such duties as shall be prescribed in the club and/or district bylaws. All officers shall be active members in good standing of the club.

  23. ARTICLE XII. DUTIES OF OFFICERS PASSED Section 4. President. AS chief executive, the President shall exercise general supervision, with Kiwanis International approval, over the work and activities of Key Club International. He/She shall preside at the International Convention and all meetings of the international Board of Trustees, The Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees, and the International Council. He/She shall serve as the official representative of Key Club International and shall perform such other duties as usually pertain to the office of President or as may be assigned to him/her by the Board of Trustee and shall submit a monthly report on the completion of these duties to the International Council. This report shall consist of specific actions the President has taken over the previous month to ensure success of the organization.

  24. ARTICLE XII. DUTIES OF OFFICERS PASSED Section 6. Vice-President. The Vice-President shall, in the absence of the President, preside at the International Convention and all meetings of the international Board of Trustees, the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees. He/She shall serve as chair of at least one standing or temporary committee of the Board of Trustees. The Vice-President Shall also serve as the official representative of the organization at such functions as the President may determine and shall also perform other such functions as usually pertain to the office as may be assigned by the Board of Trustees or the President and shall submit a monthly report on the completion of these duties to the International Council. This report shall consist of specific actions the Vice-President has taken over the previous month to ensure success of the organization.
