How-to Manage the Reviews What you should know • You can not delete individual reviews, negative or positive • People have the ability to leave 1-star reviews for a reason • Take criticism as constructive, always Yelp: All Yelp reviews may not show up • A reviewer must be an established user of Yelp • These reviews will show up in “filtered” results MerchantCircle: Doesn’t allow you to delete individual reviews, but you can delete ALL reviews. Weigh your options.
