    3. Contest Format Written Exam (20 Questions)-40pts. ID Retail Cuts (4 parts, 10 per)-240pts. Beef Quality/Yield Grading(2 Classes)-120 Placing Classes(6 Classes)-300pts. Questions (10 written)-50pts.

    4. General Contestant Info. The Students can not handle the Meat. (Except for the kidney knobs around the 13th rib on the beef carcasses.) The parts of the meat covered or concealed by a container should be considered acceptable.
