  27. Dr. Blackwell was born in Philadelphia but he grew up in Connecticut. Heliked to go to the library and read books. He also liked to play basketball.

  28. Dr. Blackwell went to college at Wesleyan College for his BA. He went to Yale for his MA. He went to Boston University for his PHD

  29. When he was in college Dr. Blackwell studied government, religion, and philosophy.

  30. Dr. Blackwell is the Director of the Multicultural Center at UNI.

  31. Dr. Blackwell is also a preacher. He preaches in many local churches.
