A Strategic Plan for the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board enables the Board: • to structure school and education to match a changing society; • to reconcile the differences between what exists now, and what can be in the future; • to encourage the partners in education to re-examine, re-focus, and to seek out/create new solutions; • to develop an understanding of community expectations for schools; • to anticipate our future; • to develop a collective vision as a guide in an ever-changing society and world SP Update Presentation

  3. Strategic Planning: Definition A Strategic Plan is a vehicle for Managing change. The plan provides a framework for district policy.
