  2. Wednesday May 5th: • Short maintenance this time around • RHIC: • Tunnel areas opened at *0800. Delays to some areas doe to increased HP survey activity. • NOT ALL AREAS OPENED • Berm access and power outages limited • AGS controlled access for specific jobs only. • LINAC and Booster remain running for NSRL

  3. Major jobs: • RHIC: • Maintenance items only at this time. • LL timing effort continues • AGS: • Polarimeter C15 continued work • Controlled access only

  4. Scheduling Meeting • Next week, here after time meeting. • Attendance by ALL groups performing work essential for continued success. • Those needing access must attend to avoid missing access windows.

  5. Schedule 0800hrs AGS CA LOTO Application Experiments to XA HP Surveys at beam dumps, collimators etc. 0830hrs RHIC RA in select areas ONLY 0930hrs Access AGS through South gate. Survey for RA 1400hrs Begin RHIC RF checkout (RF to RFNA mode) Begin RHIC MMPS restoration 1500hrs Secure AGS, remove LOTO Sweep Experimenter IRs 1600hrs Begin physics restoration
