  3. THE IMPORTANCE OF SCHOOL SELF-EVALUATION • Central to DE’s school improvement policy – Every School A Good School (ESAGS) • An integral part of the school development planning process • Positive actions with a direct link to improved educational outcomes and experiences for pupils.
