  15. Process cont. • Can’t check criminal records and ITC • Not obligated to take learners • Can start again – profile clear • Example – R23 000 for 60 learners • DoL preferred provider • FNB, Wesbank, ABSA, CS Holdings, SAA, ESKOM, Telcom, First Link, etc
