  12. What is the story that you need to tell? What’s the question you’re answering, argument that you’re making, or key piece of information that you’re trying to show? Who’s the audience? What’s the time frame your audience is interested in? Because… How is the best way to present the information?

  15. Staffing reductions from 2015 forward result in longer times to both consult and resolution on issues brought to the service desk. Current staffing numbers do not allow us to meet the benchmarks of our accrediting body.

  18. What could be improved? The title is very boring. Lack of interactivity How can I identify a park that's not highlighted? It would be nice to have a way to choose another park to highlight. The top 6 parks are highlighted, but why are the others highlighted? It seems pretty random. While this shows me the most popular parks, it lacks the context of how many visitors and how that has changed over the years.
