  5. BAHAN BOLA DAGING :- 350 gr Daging giling • 1 Butir telur • ½ sendok merica bubuk • - ½ sendok pala bubuk

  6. bahan : • 100 gr kentang kecil(kentang rendang),goreng matang • 1 buah tomat,dipotong-potong • 3 butir cengkeh • 3 cm kayu manis • 4-5 sendok kecap manis • ½ sendok garam • ½ sendok merica bubuk • ½ sendok pala bubuk • 1000 ml air • 4 sendok minyak untuk menumis

  7. Bumbu halus : • 8 butir bawang merah • 3 siung bawang putih • 4 butir kemiri,sangrai • 3 cm lengkuas • 1 sendok ketumbar

Cara membuat: • Bola daging ,aduk rata bahan bola daging.Bentukbulat-bulatsebesarkelereng. • Lakukansampaisemuabahanhabis.Sisihkan. • Panaskanminyak.Tumisbumbuhalussamppaiharum .Masukkanbuntut .Adukdengan rata . • Tambahkankecapmanis ,garam,mericabubuk ,danpalabubuk .Adukdengan rata . • Tuang Air kalbu . Masaksampaimeresap .Dan diAngkat . • Bakardiatas pan bergelombangsambildiolesdenganbahanolesanSampai Wangi .
