  2. Tujuan • Meningkatkan pertukaran muda-mudi di Jepang dengan negara Asia lainnya yang memainkan peranan penting dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.

  3. KUALIFIKASI • Kurang dari 40 tahun • Mahasiswa S1-S3 dan Dosen • Belum pernah “stay” di Jepang

  4. COURSE A • Lama tinggal maksimum: 10 hari • Kegiatan, antara lain: • Pengenalan umum tentang Universitas Kumamoto • Kunjungan ke laboratorium di Universitas Kumamoto • Tinggal di laboratorium hosting

  5. Syarat mengikuti course a • Belum pernah ke Jepang • Menulis surat pernyataan bermaterai Rp6.000 bahwa Anda belum pernah ke Jepang • Mengisi formulir pendaftaran • Aktif dalam kegiatan internasionalisasi ITS dan lingkungan sekitar • IPK > 3.0 • TOEFL > 477 (preferably 500) / IELTS > 5.5 • Transkrip (dalam bahasa Inggris) • Surat rekomendasi • Mengisi formulir aplikasi

  6. Course B • Lama tinggal maksimum: 3 minggu. • Kegiatan, antara lain: • Pengenalan umum tentang Universitas Kumamoto • Kunjungan ke laboratorium di Universitas Kumamoto • Kunjungan ke Kurume Science Museum atau Kagoshima Municipal Science Hall

  7. Syarat mengikuti course B • Belum pernah ke Jepang • Pernyataan bermaterai Rp6.000 bahwa belum pernah ke Jepang • Mengisi formulir pendaftaran • GPA > 3.0 • TOEFL > 500 (preferably 530)/ IELTS > 6 (ITP Preferred) • CV • Transkrip nilai (dalam bahasa Inggris) • Letter of Acceptance • Rencana studi dan penelitian

  8. Hal-hal yang tercakup • Tiket pulang-pergi • Biaya akomodasi • Biaya makan • Biaya travelling

  9. Informasi penting lainnya • Deadline: 20 Mei 2014 (4:00 p.m.) • Scan berkasnya dan kirim ke int_off@its.ac.id dengan subjek “Sakura-JST Exchange – Nama Lengkap” • Berkas hard copy dikumpulkan ke International Office ITS • Info lebih lanjut: int_off@its.ac.id (UP: Desy)
