Role of Anthony Raspa as Former Project Manager at Horizon Power • Anthony Raspaworked for the successful leadership of the management and delivery of technology during a strategic restructure and heavy stakeholder change. • Besides, he managed a diverse team and led the development of a long-term vision for Programs, Projects, Business Intelligence, Service Delivery and Technology across the organisation. • As a results-driven project manager, Anthony holds strong portfolio and program management skills and harnesses methodologies, business intelligence, tools, and techniques to effectively coordinate activities and workflows that drive results and ensure attainment of goals.

He is Highly Successful in Defining and Delivering Continuous Improvements • Anthony has successfully delivered continuous improvements in Operations, Change, Projects, Service Delivery, and Strategic Initiatives. • At IMDEX, he took full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects, thus ensuring that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained.

His Role as the Former Transition Manager • Anthony Raspa was responsible to drive the design and delivery of major transition projects for Government Departments and Enterprise, as well as infrastructure and other works for clients in the mining industry, including business continuity, disaster recovery, IT risk management, and change management. • He managed large construction and technical projects and organisational change initiatives as the former organisational change manager. • He successfully completed a number of projects and programs of works of over a 3+ period.
