  3. EFFICIENCY DEFINED • Able to function without waste. • Capable of achieving the desired result with the minimum use of resources, time and effort. • Cost-effective.

  4. IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM “Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider her ways and be wise!” (Proverbs 6:6)

  5. The Pursuit of a SPECIFIED END Efficiency is only measured if we know the Final Goal or the Specified End. There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death. (Proverbs 14:12)
