SERVICIO DE CABLEADO ESTRUCTURADO IP-TV SOFTWARE DE GRABACION DE AUDIENCIAS Y GESTION DOCUMENTAL COMISION DE INVESTIGACION Y AUSACIONES SOFTWARE GESTION DOCUMENTAL SISTEMA DE VIGILANCIA Y SEGURIDAD CANAL CONGRESO AUTOMATIZACION PLENARIA PORTAL WEB TIC EN EL CONGRESO DE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA

Objetivo: Proveer seguridad Perimetral a la Red a través de un “FireWallAppliance”, y adicional proveer una suite de programas para dar una validación de usuarios en la red (Directorio Activo), proveyendo servicios de correo electrónico, NFS - Network FileSystem (Sistema de archivos de red), ), programas que permitan el cifrado de los datos que se cursen entre las dependencias y asegurar la información en cada uno de los computadores del Congreso. PROYECTO DE ARCHIVO DIGITAL DEL CONGRESO La finalidad del proyecto de archivo de l congreso , es el de disponer de la documentación organizada, en tal forma que la información institucional sea recuperable para el uso de la Administración en el servicio al ciudadano y como fuente de la Historia. 2ª FASE ARCHIVO LEGISLATIVO AREA LEGISLATIVA: • ORGANIZACIÓN Y DIGITALIZACION DEL ARCHIVO HISTORICO (PATRIMONIO NACIONAL) DESDE 1819 A LA FECHA. INICIA EN EL PRIMER SEMESTRE DE 2010. DPN APROBO LA SEGUNDA FASE DEL PROYECTO. 1ªFASE ARCHIVO LEGISLATIVO AREA ADMINISTRATIVA: • ORGANIZAR-SISTEMATIZAR MAS DE 10 MILLONES DE DOCUMENTOS. • ACTUALIZACION TABLAS DE RETENCION DOCUMENTAL • DISEÑO E IMPLEMENTACION DEL SISTEMA DE CORRESPONDENCIA (Workflow) TERMINA EN FEBRERO DE 2010.
