  1. Dar un Noor Sunday School Parent Administration Conference

  2. The Dar-un-Noor Sunday School will begin at 10:20 AM SHARP. Please make sure your child is on time and prepared. Classes will end at approximately 2:15 PM when ZuhrSalah ends. Parents can pick up their children from the Masjid. • Keep comments and suggestions in mind.

  3. Class Schedule

  4. Registration Fees • There is a registration fee of $25 per student • If this is not paid the student is not in the school system

  5. Policies

  6. Dress Code • No Clothes or lunch boxes or bags with faces of animals or humans. • Boys: cover all body from neck to below knee. Wear a qufi or Topi to cover head. • Girls: Cover all body from neck to ankles and wrists. Wear a hijab.

  7. Early Dismissal • Come to the front office first get a early dismissal slip and then present the slip to the teacher. Note: If for any reason the student needs to be taken out of school early please let the teacher know as early as possible.

  8. Tardiness • School opens at 10:15 am, Classes start at 10:20 am.

  9. Absence • An excused absence requires a note from an authority figure explaining the reason for absence and how the authority figure seeks to make up for missed classes.

  10. Leaving Campus • Regardless of the age of the student this is not allowed to leave the campus • Parents are permitted to bring food from off campus to the child for lunch but the student is not allowed to accompany them off campus.

  13. Best HW Practices • For memorization best to practice before sleeping • Review over breakfast • DO NOT do homework Saturday Night for Sunday. This means they will forget all DUNSS stuff by Wednesday.
