Winter GPRA+ Improvements • LWX did not meet 12/16 GPRA+ measures in FY11: • WSW FAR (not many events) • Aviation FAR (missed it by 1%) • Paths to improving performance: • More frequent event reviews • Increased EARLY coordination with HPC and neighboring WFOs • Running aviation verification monthly
