  3. 11.2 By 2030, provide access to safe, affordable, accessible and sustainable transport systems for all, improving road safety, notably by expanding public transport, with special attention to the needs of those in vulnerable situations, women, children, persons with disabilities and older persons in Verbania.

  6. Verbania is the municipality LILLA FLAG for the tourism of persons with disability.

  7. 11.6By 2030, reduce the adverse per capita environmental impact of cities, including by paying special attention to air quality and municipal and other waste management in Verbania province.

  8. Recycling Verbania is at the first place in Piedmont and also in Italy, for the recyclingofwastes.

  9. The 77,4 % of total wastes are recycling.

  10. The quality of the air in Verbania is good .

  11. Although the quality of the air in Verbania is good, there is a little problem related to the ozone layer .

  14. As we are going to analize examples of substainable communities, we are studying the Walser communities in our area from the point of view of their history, culture and their ability of adaptation to climate change.
