Parameters • Maximize the number of instructional days prior to AIMS testing • Consider average temperatures and cost • Consider feeder high school calendars • Maintain TCT schedule for staff professional development • Complete semester student testing before winter break • Ensure parent/teacher conferences are the same for middle and elementary school • Attempt to balance instructional days in each quarter
